About Me

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Arts in philosophy.

I have two key areas of interest in philosophy: philosophy of religion and political/legal philosophy. In the philosophy of religion I am principally interested in claims about the prior probability of miracles especially Jesus' Bodily Resurrection. My Masters thesis attempts to argue that if something like Classical Theism is assumed, an event such as the Resurrection is precisely the sort of thing that we should expect.

My interests in political and legal philosophy are focused on two key questions.

  1. What are the moral limits of state action; and,
  2. What normative constraints are there on the structure of political and legal institutions and decision making?

I will be launching a blog that covers these many and varied interests in a few short weeks. So watch this space.
